  surprised to see so many negative reviews. I have had my brows threaded and tinted here on probably 5-10 occasions and have been happy most of the time - once they didn't leave the tint on long enough and I felt rushed out of the salon so couldn't ask for them to reapply. another time they pushed me into a thread I didn't really need / want. Apart from thayt I have been pretty happy with the service!

  I do not recommend wasting your time or money!! Absolutely poor skills, service, knowledge and care!!! These ladies had no idea what they were doing. Very disappointing to say the least!

  Got my brows threaded before an event and they were literally two completely different shapes!!! One looked droopy and sad and the other was high and very arched... I argued with the woman working for a while and she made all of the other staff members look at my brows and say they looked fine. Wouldn't even give me a refund. I'll never go back again. Disappointing as their Emporium branch has the best service ever.

  WORST experience ever! Absolutely nothing was done right (Completely different shape and thicknesses of the two brows). Not to mention the RUDE service. You are better off throwing your money down the drain than going there. At least the disappointment goes away much quicker. I wish google allowed a 0 as 1 star is very generous!
